🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

·         All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

·         You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

·         Canada: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates

·         Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

·         Free shipping on orders over $90 within Canada.

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

 

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

 

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

·         Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

·         Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

·         Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

·         Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

o   Opened or used supplement bottles

o   Perishable items (e.g., Sea Moss Gel)

o   Sale or clearance items

o   Gift cards

Return Process

1.    Email us at trunorthsupplementcentral@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.    We will provide you with return instructions and shipping address.

3.    Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

·         Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

·         Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
